What you’ll do
- Join customer meetings to gather requirements and turn them into data and product specifications.
- Design and build reports and dashboards for internal teams and customers.
- Own Behavix's data assets end to end, including sourcing, modelling, documentation, and access.
- Set and enforce data quality standards through validation, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Define the vision and roadmap for data products built on behavioural data.
- Architect data products hands-on, from data models and pipelines through to the metrics they deliver.
- Work with product and engineering to take data products from prototype to production.
What we’re looking for
- Proven hands-on experience designing data products, ideally with behavioural or user-interaction data.
- Strong SQL and Python for analysis, prototyping, and automation.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Deep knowledge of data modelling, pipeline design, and data quality frameworks.
- Ability to translate customer needs into data requirements, and data into product features.
- Confident communicator with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Product mindset, with experience shaping data-driven roadmaps.
