Our story
Behavix was formed by a group of industry veterans who believe in empowering businesses with actionable insights using ethical and transparent consumer behavioral data. We have been in the Market Research industry for close to two decades and have played an active role in the evolution of the platform policies, the consumer experiences and technology to capture behavioral data with high quality and precision. Our mission is to democratize behavioral data offering tools to teams of every size to effectively capture and understand the behavior of their consumers driving their decisions.
In the press

Behavix. The market research industry relies on slow, biased, and often inaccurate survey data, says cofounder Hannu Verkasalo. The Behavix Meter app is designed to offer real-time behavioral data. Installed on phones (with users’ permission), it records the apps and search terms they use, browsing activity, the ads they see, and what they buy online. Verkasalo, a serial entrepreneur, and cofounders Surath Chatterji and Mika Ristimäki, launched Behavix in 2023, raising a $2.4 million pre-seed round in March led by Vendep and Superhero Capital. The app has three million users across Europe, the US, and Asia, via contracts with market research firms, hedge funds, and technology companies. behavix.io
